country by virtue of the administrative decision number
227 for the year 1996 for under the charge of applying
force against a government servant and assault.
I am sending him to you along with his passport and Air
ticket to do needful to implement the resolution of
departing him under your supervision on Gulf Air, Flight
No. 64 going to Bombay on Saturday 28/9/1996 at 10-45 am
and to acknowledge us the receipt and to inform us about
his departure from the country.
